 Samples policy

There are 2 ways how to obtain samples from us:

• Free* - You need to have an international customer Fedex/UPS/TNT/DHL number. We send samples "shipping fee unpaid" to this account.
Max. Total value of samples sent this way: $10 in basic prices.
Contact us with a list of required samples, courier account No and shipping address (zip code, Tel included) which must be same as the address on file for that account.

• NOT Free*-Make a regular paid sample order if total value is over $10 in basic prices. Full pre-payment is required prior to dispatch. Once you are finished with the samples or have placed an order with Queensun, we will happily refund to you or deduct the cost from your order.

• Policy Changes

Queensun reserves the right to review and change this policy at any time without notice.
